This was the first EVER New Years Eve that we were alone as a family. Before you feel too bad for us, it was by choice. After a week of in-laws, parents, brothers with families, late nights and early mornings, colds, runny noses, a nephew with chicken pox, and much more, a quiet evening was on the menu! So was our Moroccan Chicken with Kalamata Olives, Cous Cous and a Greek Salad. This used to be THE meal we would make for guests. A favorite that we have not made it for awhile!
This was on my plate on the last evening of the year 2010: My Moroccan Chicken with Kalamata olives and lemons, Cous Cous, a tossed Greek salad with feta and olives sans onions, and pita bread. Drink: Soda!
